Made to Order

Your Rosslyn piece does not exist until you choose it. Each garment is made from scratch, exclusively for you, so orders ship approximately 8 to 25 days after purchase. We do not mass-produce or stockpile inventory: every made-to-order piece reduces overproduction and honors artisanal and tailoring craftsmanship.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through DHL or FedEx, two of the most reliable and secure carriers. Shipping costs are covered by the customer and, depending on the destination country, additional taxes or duties may apply. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping within Colombia

Shipping anywhere in Colombia is 100% free.

Changes, Exchanges & Returns

Because every piece is made to order, requests for changes, exchanges or returns are reviewed case by case. Please write to servicioalcliente@trendytex.com.co with your order number before sending any item back. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us right away with photos and your order number and we will help you resolve it.
